where did you see these guys in leather cowboy suits?

I got this question from two different people -- or one person in two different places, haha.

I saw them in Myeongdong. No idea what they were for. Advertising of some sort, I'm assuming. They were standing in the walkway by the first H&M, and once I saw them, I had to go see what the hell was going on. Unfortunately they were pulled away by a handler within a minute or two, so I have no answers for the why. Or where you could go to see them again.
